10. Competitions General Terms
By participating in our tournaments, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
10.1 Participation and Squad Requirements
- Participation in our tournaments is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In some cases, we may prefer having a full team. If you do not manage to bring a full squad, we reserve the right to disqualify you.
- If a player or team fails to show up, they may be disqualified depending on the game type and the tournament's specific rules.
- If the required number of players to fulfill the tournament is not reached by the given date, the tournament may be cancelled or postponed without further notifications. Please check the tournament page regularly to stay up-to-date with any changes to the schedule.
10.2 Fair Play and Monitoring
- During the competition, all participants will be closely monitored to ensure fair play.
- The use of third-party applications or tools to gain an unfair advantage will result in disqualification for you and your squad.
10.3 Disqualification and Cheating
We reserve the right to disqualify participants from current or future competitions if they are accused or suspected of cheating, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized third-party applications or cheating methods.
10.4 Client Selection
We have the right to select participants and clients for our tournaments. Entry into the competition is at our discretion, and we may refuse participation to any individual or team.
10.5 Prizes
- Monetary prizes will be delivered through PayPal or Revolut within 7 days after the competition ends.
- Any material prizes will be delivered via Royal Mail (tracked). The delivery time will depend on your location.
- Even if you win a competition, additional checks may result in suspension or post-game disqualification if suspicious activity is detected.
10.6 Right to Modify or Cancel Competitions
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any competition at any time, without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changing competition rules, structure, and prizes.
10.7 Personal Data, Privacy, and Security
By participating in our tournaments, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as detailed below. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection regulations. Our practices are aligned with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy laws.
We will collect and process the following personal data for the purposes of tournament participation, prize distribution, security, and other associated services:
- Display name (e.g., your Discord username)
- Unique account reference (e.g., your Discord username ID)
- Network address (IP address)
- Contact email
This data is collected to ensure fair play, accurate prize distribution, and in case of any disputes or technical issues during the event. We will only retain the minimum amount of data necessary for these purposes and for a period not exceeding 6 months after the competition ends unless required by law to keep it for longer.
We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes securing the data through technical and organizational measures and ensuring it is processed transparently and for lawful purposes. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@nextplease.uk.
We may also use cookies to enhance your user experience on the Site. Cookies will be saved for a period of up to 30 days, or will be deleted immediately upon logging out. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

10.8 Final Say and Appeal Process
We, as the tournament organizers, have the exclusive and final authority in all matters regarding participation, disqualification, and any other decisions made in relation to the competition.
If you disagree with any decision, you have the right to appeal the decision within 24 hours at support@nextplease.uk
Our team will manually review the penalty, and a final decision will be made based on this review. By entering our tournaments, participants agree not to initiate legal proceedings or hold us liable for any decisions made. Participants waive the right to sue or pursue legal action based on our decisions during or after the event.
10.9 Liability
We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred by participants during the competition. By entering, you assume full responsibility for your actions and safety.
10.10 Third-Party Responsibility
We are not responsible for any actions, errors, or issues arising from third-party services or software used by participants, including payment services, external platforms, or tools not affiliated with us.
